AWAY - Del Norte High School
This is an invitational meet, meaning athletes need to qualify to compete. Our coaches enter athletes but the host of the meet decides who gets accepted into the meet based on who will be the most competitive.
There will not be a bus or any other team transportation to this meet or any other invitational meet. Athletes are expected to coordinate their own transportation to and from meets with parents/teammates. Please arrive early as parking fills up quickly. Arrive 2 hours before your first event, find our team tent and check in with your event coach.
The meet is comprised of a morning, open meet followed by an afternoon/evening invite meet. All events are run twice…once in the morning and once in the evening. It is two entire meets run back to back. Take note of which meet each of your events takes place in, it is possible to make an open event in one thing and invite in another, resulting in you running your events in an atypical order than we are accustomed to. Ask your event coaches if you have questions!
